Partnership with Untold International’s Kasadwini Atenaeɛ

We partnered with Untold International and Kasadwini Atenaeɛ – a school in Asisiriwa (Ashanti Region) which is the language arts center of Untold International. Two teachers at the school, Mary and Kumi, who are representatives of Untold International and the managers of Kasadwini Atenaeɛ, visited Accra to be trained by the DGG team on adolescent sexual health. At Kasadwini Atenaeɛ, Mary organizes an after-school health for the girls on Fridays, where she teaches them what is happening to their bodies and what to do about it in a safe non-judgmental environment. Through Mary and Kumi’s training with DGG, they engaged the students of Asisiriwa in a workshop on Personal Hygiene and Grooming, and it was a hugely successful one.
